Pricing questions
What does “founding pricing” actually mean?
It's not a first-year discount. The price you start on is the price you keep for as long as your licence stays active — if the regular price rises later, yours doesn't. Let it lapse and you'd come back at whatever the price is then.
What counts as a site?
One activation per domain. Deactivate a site from Voxel Points → Settings → Licence and the activation frees up straight away for another one.
Can I move a licence to a different site?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old site from Voxel Points → Settings → Licence, and the activation frees up immediately for the new one.
What happens when a yearly licence expires?
The plugin keeps working and nothing is deleted. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew. Points, rewards, levels and the whole ledger stay exactly where they are.
Do I need Voxel Toolkit as well?
No — Voxel Points is standalone. If you do run Toolkit, its SMS, push and notification-preference tools pick up every Voxel Points event automatically, with nothing to configure.
